How We Developed a Fixed-price MVP Project for a US Landscaping Vendor
The landscaping service provider was looking for a software development company to create a web application from scratch and within a fixed budget. The client hired Rapid Accord to build a solution that reduces paperwork and makes communication between property owners and landscapers easier. Using the app, the service providers would draft and illustrate proposals for landscape improvements for owners/managers to review and approve.
Rapid Accord played a role of a primary tech expert, selecting the optimal delivery strategy and advising on the tech stack. We assembled a team of five people (team lead, scrum master, UI/UX designer, QA engineer, and a front-end developer) to support the whole software development life cycle.
